Air Operated The Straight-line Cutter is designed by a master screen printer with you in mind. It is portable and can be moved directly to the job site or it can be mounted to a permanent table. You will be amazed with the ease of operation. It is air operated, using a minimum of 60 pounds of pressure providing a low noise level and there are no electrical parts. The Straight-line Cutter features a two hand anti-tie-down controller for safe operation. The unit is durable and every part is made from quality material.

CUTTER HEAD The Straight-line Cutter utilizes a unique design that makes blade changing quick and easy. Replacement blades can easily be purchased at a local hardware store. The cutter head has 2 in-line blades, that will assure square, clean cuts with no saw toothing. |

CONTROL BOX The Straight-line Cutter is equipped with a two handed, anti-tie down controller, providing a safe environment for the operator. Both buttons must be depressed simultaneously and held to complete the cycle. |

CLAMPING BAR / CLAMP ONLY
SWITCH This clamping bar will automatically hold the material firmly in place without marking the material. The Straight-line Cutter can be easily operated by one person. Clamp only Switch allows operator to re-position printed materials before cutting. |

FILTER/REGULATOR Assists operator on two functions: An easy to read pressure gauge, and a large adjusting knob. The combination Filter/Regulator will assist in maintaining the pressure going to the on board operating system. The Filter bowl will collect moisture that travels through the incoming air supply. The unit becomes self draining when the incoming air supply is interrupted or shut off. |
