Easy Blade Adjustments

The Easy Cut is a manually operated cutter, specifically designed for the digital imaging studios, one-day sign shops, and screen printing operations. The unit is designed for low volume cutting, requiring minimum effort on the part of the operator. The Easy Cut is a low-profile, stand alone unit, maintenance free and can share space on a table with other activities, is designed to cut a variety of substrates including:

CUTTER HEAD

The cutter head features easy-to-pull handle and two in-line blades both adjustable for varied depth, located behind face plate. Face plate offers easy blade changing/adjustment.
HINGE BAR/CLAMP

Custom extruded aluminum hinge bar, showing hinge secured to platform. Pre-assembled components with precise close tolerances assures repeatability of the cutting stroke.
